See our Shipping page for details. Please note that all countries have different rules and thresholds for taxable items. We are not responisible for any duty or taxes your Government chooses to apply when the goods reach your border. It is advisable to check the tax / duty thresholds with your Customs Department before ordering from any overseas website.
Privacy & Security
McPhee's does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. ‘Cookies’ are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the delivery address book is used and to store your details if you select to register an account with us.
Returns & Replacements
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Although we do not refund items that are not damaged or faulty, we are happy to exchange for items of the same value. Items which are difficult to size like shoes and rings can be swapped for another size provided they are in their original condition and are returned within 14 days.

Ordering
Although the majority of our goods are in stock and will be despatched within 24 hours, some items, e.g specific tartan and clan items are ordered in, as required, from Scotland. We are dependent on the stock levels and the speed  of our suppliers in the UK and Ireland so you should allow the time specified on the product description for items that are not in stock.  We will update you on progress should there be any difficulties.
Viewing Orders
You can view all the orders you have placed with McPhee's and their status by accessing your account by logging in at My Account  If you haven't taken the opportunity to create an account with us this is a very good reason to do so! When your order is shipped you will receive an email telling you that the item has been couriered and you will be given an eta and tracking number through CourierPost. You should keep track of the item and phone the courier company if the item becomes overdue. If an item does go missing it is more likely to be retreived if you follow up within a few days, rather than querying it a few weeks later.
Updating Account Information
You can make changes to your McPhee's account at any time by logging in at  My Account. In here you have the ability to edit, delete and add to your delivery information and account information.
