For New Zealand Customers
Orders totalling more than NZD$50.00 Courier (NZ Couriers) is FREE of charge for all parcels, including Rural Delivery.
Orders totalling less than NZD$50.00 A flat fee of NZD$8.00 is charged.
Delivery
We use NZ Couriers "sign for" courier within New Zealand, so please give us an address which will be occupied during the day. If it is likely that there will be no one home during the day, it might be better to give your business address as the shipping address.
All our trackpacks are automatically "sign for". However we can ask the courier driver to leave at the house without obtaining a signature. You must designate (in the notes on your order) a safe place on the property to leave the parcel, but we not will accept responsibility if the parcel goes missing.
NZ Couriers DO NOT deliver to P. O. Boxes.
In most cases product will be shipped within a couple of days of the day we receive payment. We now have to drive to a freight depot to handover our parcels, so if that has already been done for the day, it will be the next day before it gets to the depot. Courier is overnight so you should receive the next working day. Delivery estimates are:
- Business address - by noon the next day
- Residential address - by 5pm the next day
- Rural address - 2 to 3 days NB: If you are rural delivery please put the full address on your order, including RD Number. We do not charge any extra for rural delivery, so there is no benefit to you in omitting his information. You can find out HERE whether you are regarded as rural by NZ Couriers.
Contact NZ Couriers on www.nzcouriers.co.nz (Phone 0800 800 841) if your parcel is late. The longer you leave it, the harder it is to track. Enter the tracking number given to you when you receive the shipping information email from us.

There is also a pickup option. Pick up from Levin.
For Australian Customers
Orders totalling more than NZD$200.00
Choose either:
a) Free Postage through NZ Post (international air, trackable). ETA of 8 to 15 working days.
b) If you prefer to have the item couriered and tracked there is the option of paying NZD$90.00 for the international courier service. ETA of 2 to 6 working days.
Orders totalling less than NZD$200.00
Choose either:
a) Postage through NZ Post (international air, trackable) at a cost of NZD$40.00. ETA of 8 to 15 working days.
b) If you prefer to have the item couriered and tracked there is the option of paying NZD $90.00 for the international courier service. ETA of 2 to 6 working days.
Please Note - We are not responsible for any Customs charges you might incur as the goods enter your country of residence.
For E.U Customers
NB: Currently No Shipping to the E.U
Unfortunately we can no longer offer shipping to any of the countries in the E.U. They have made this impossible with all the rules that must be complied with. The one which really finished it was that we had to have the personal tax number of any customer we wished to supply.
For USA Customers
NB: Currently No Shipping to the U.S.A
With new Customs/Tax rules instigated we can no longer send anything to The U.S.A. No shipping company will accept a booking without us checking the box that says we will pay all the taxes/import duty.
