Alan and the team at McPhees have done an incredible job researching and presenting my father's side of the family as requested. I purchased the dig deep package and was really impressed with Alan's approach from the start, from the initial email to initiate things to the great phone call to gather information. I was regularly updated on progress along the way as to how things were going. Once completed and receiving the results, I was amazed at the detail and easy to read presentation. I also received a hard copy straight to my address in neat little folders, perfect for the less tech savvy. I would highly recommend entrusting Alan and the team with researching your ancestors, they do a great deal in fact I've just ordered them to do some work now on my mother's side of the family.
